As a naturally goal-oriented clinician, I help clients focus on solutions rather than problems, empowering them to take actionable steps toward the life they want.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Helps clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, promoting healthier emotional responses and improved coping skills.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Integrates mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills to help clients manage intense emotions and improve relationships.
